Our local CSC is the first point of contact. It is responsible for handling incidents related to the platforms that host the Microsoft 365 apps. It does not include direct support on the use of applications such as Word, Excel or Teams.
The customer can choose to pay annually or monthly in advance, depending on the contract. It is not allowed to change the modality before the expiration of the contracted period.
Yes, new licenses are added to the current contract and their renewal will be in accordance with the original terms.
Cancellation must be requested at least 30 days in advance. Refunds are not allowed for unused periods.
